1. Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients
3/4 cup frozen mango
3/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup of frozen papaya
2 large bananas, cut into chunks
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into glasses, drink and enjoy.
2. Banana and Almond Milk Smoothie
Ingredients
2 bananas, sliced and frozen
1 cup Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk Feel free to substitute regular or soy
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until mixture is completely smooth and thick. Serve immediately.
3. Blueberry, Banana, and Orange Smoothie
Ingredients
1 tablespoon almond butter, peanut butter, or cashew butter
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of flax seeds
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Add the blueberries, banana, orange, and 3/4 cup of milk to a blender. If you plan to add any, add optional ingredients to the blender.
Turn on the blender and blend until creamy and smooth. If the shake is too thick, add a little more milk.
4. Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
2 medium apples I used Pink Lady apples
You can omit 1/4 cup of the almond milk if you prefer a thicker shake; apples produce a lot of fluid
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup Greek yogurt substituted for plant-based yogurt to make it vegan
1 tablespoon maple syrup can be substituted for agave or honey if desired

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

5. Pumpkin mousse
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
15 ounces of 100% pure pumpkin

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until light, fluffy, and well blended.
Add the pumpkin puree and mix until just combined.
In a separate bowl, mix whipped topping ingredients until thickened and stiff peaks form.
Fold about ¾ of the whipped topping into the pumpkin cheesecake mixture until just blended.
Pour the mousse into individual glasses. Use the remaining ¼ of the whipped topping to cover the mousse. Then sprinkle on chocolate chips, cinnamon, or candied nuts.
6. Banana Berry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1/2 small banana, frozen
3/4 cup mixed berries, frozen
1 handful of spinach (optional)
1 tablespoon. almond butter or nut butter of choice
1/4 avocado
1 teaspoon chia or flax seeds
2 tablespoons collagen peptides or protein of choice (use plant-based protein for vegans)
1/2–1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
½ LIQUID DIET cup ice
optional: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (omit for dairy-free or vegan)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner shake, add 1 cup of liquid; For a thicker shake, start with 1/2 cup and add more until desired consistency is achieved LIQUID DIET.
7. Fresh Ginger Beer
Ingredients
4 cups of water
2 cups of peeled and chopped fresh ginger
3 lemon peel strips, about 4 inches each, yellow part only
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 quarts soda, cold
Instructions
In a 4-quart saucepan, place the water, ginger, and lemon zest. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 10 min.
